Why TUBahn?
Apply your knowledge
Want more than just cramming theory? With us, you can gain hands-on experience.
Team spirit
A locomotive won’t build itself. We design, build and celebrate together. The only thing missing is you!
Make contacts
By getting involved with TUBahn, you can make contacts with many companies in the industry.
Write your thesis
You can write your bachelor’s or master’s thesis as part of your involvement.
How we work
Module
TUBahn includes the module Development of a Miniature Locomotive (→ ISIS). But you’re also welcome to join in without taking the module.
Flexible
You decide how much time you want to put into TUBahn. This can change over time, too.
Inclusive
Every contribution is valuable. We don’t assume any prior knowledge. Here, it’s learning by doing.
Transparent
A locomotive only works if all its subsystems fit together. We work transparently, and everyone has access to everything.
Interested?
Come along to our next meeting (Thursdays at 14:15 in SG13 005), message us on Instagram (@tu_bahn) or use our contact form. We’ll get back to you.
